Of utmost importance is the impact on your privacy. Whether the review you intend to leave is positive or negative, please know that the act of doing so will broadcast to the world, possibly forever, that you almost certainly received services here at the Center. You are free to do this, and many people do similar things. Consider the possible impact of people in the future knowing you received services from a professional practicing under a counseling license. It can complicate some circumstances.
If you would like to continue, the practice advises you to use a Google account that disguises your identity, at least somewhat. It is fairly straightforward to create a Gmail account that does not use your real name and identity. The practice is dedicated to supporting people in improving their lives. If you have unresolved disappointments, please share them with Anne personally. She would like to hear how you were impacted, and make things right as far as that is possible.
